When will I receive my digital files?
Digital files are emailed through a private, time-limited link after payment is confirmed.
How are physical products fulfilled?
Physical items are sold only from Guero's Digital Shop's own checked inventory and shipped within Canada. Free standard ground shipping and paid Xpresspost will be offered after the item's package measurements and rates are confirmed.
Can support ask for my password or wallet seed phrase?
No. Guero's Digital Shop will never ask for passwords, private keys, or wallet recovery phrases.
