PRODUCT SCOPE
Closed-loop, fixed-value certificates
The proposed certificate would be issued in one of three fixed values: CAD $25, CAD $50, or CAD $100. It would be a closed-loop store certificate, not a general-purpose payment instrument.
The proposed first release would be offered only where both the purchaser and intended recipient satisfy the final reviewed Canadian eligibility rules. The service would remain unavailable outside that scope.
Certificate value would be usable only toward eligible downloadable guides and digital software sold directly by Guero's Digital Shop. It would not apply to physical products, shipping charges, third-party marketplaces, or products marked ineligible at checkout.
IDENTITY CONTROL
Verified account and intended recipient
The purchaser would identify an intended recipient and provide that recipient's email address. The recipient would need to sign in to, or create, a Guero's Digital Shop account and verify the same email address before claiming the certificate.
A certificate would be intended for the named recipient. A claim request could be delayed or declined when the account identity, recipient email, payment status, or security checks do not match.
ISSUE FLOW
Payment confirmation before delivery
No certificate would be issued merely because checkout was opened. A private claim invitation would be sent to the intended recipient only after payment confirmation and required screening are complete.
Delivery timing, resend limits, and procedures for an incorrect recipient email remain subject to the final reviewed terms and operational testing.
CHECKOUT APPLICATION
Redemption and sales tax
Certificate value would be applied to eligible digital products during Guero's Digital Shop checkout. If an order costs more than the available certificate value, the remaining amount would require an accepted external payment method.
The certificate sale is intended to follow the applicable Canadian treatment for qualifying gift certificates. Applicable GST, HST, QST, or other sales tax would be calculated when the eligible digital product is redeemed or supplied, based on the customer's information and the rules then in effect. Final tax handling remains subject to professional review.
HARD BOUNDARY
No cash, cryptocurrency, or GDST conversion
The proposed shop certificate would not be cash, cryptocurrency, a bank deposit, or a transferable wallet balance. It could not be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, used to purchase cryptocurrency, or converted into USDT, GDST, or any other token.
No purchase bonus, airdrop, token reward, investment return, or GDST entitlement is included in this certificate program. Any future GDST feature would require a separate, reviewed product and separate published terms.
PAYMENT REVERSALS
Refund, dispute, and chargeback review
Refund requests, payment reversals, suspected fraud, and chargebacks would be reviewed manually. During review, an unclaimed or unused certificate could be paused to prevent duplicate value or unauthorized redemption.
A refund would not be automatic merely because a request was submitted. The outcome would depend on payment status, certificate use, fraud and security checks, applicable law, and the final published refund terms. If value has already been redeemed, additional review and account adjustments may be required.
KEEP THE CODE PRIVATE
Security and customer support
The recipient would be responsible for keeping the private certificate code confidential and entering it only on the official Guero's Digital Shop website. Support will not ask for an account password, payment-card number, cryptocurrency private key, or wallet recovery phrase.
Lost, exposed, duplicated, or suspicious codes would require identity and transaction review. Recovery or replacement cannot be promised in this draft. For help, use the store's official support page and do not post a certificate code in chat, email, or social media.
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
Expiry, consumer protection, and final terms
No expiry promise is made in this draft. Final expiry, fee, refund, replacement, and consumer-protection rules will follow applicable law and the reviewed terms published before activation.
This draft may change before release. A certificate program will remain unavailable until required legal, tax, payment-processor, security, and end-to-end reviews are complete. The version in effect for an issued certificate will be identified in the final published terms.
